Your pipeline, in your pocket, on the show floor.

Connect Pipedrive, pick a show, and Scout builds every rep their own floor guide on their phone: who is behind each stand, their live deal stage and history, scoped to what that rep can already see. Lead capture tells you who you met. Scout tells you who to walk up to.

Pulled from your Pipedrive
How it works

Three steps, and the guide builds itself

Today this is manual: someone builds a spreadsheet of who's exhibiting, then copies in whatever they remember about each contact. Scout replaces that with a live pull from the CRM you already keep up to date.

Step one

Connect your CRM

Pipedrive first, connected by OAuth in minutes, no developer needed. Scout only ever sees what your own user account can already see.

Step two

Pick your show

Point Scout at the exhibitor or attendee list for the event you're walking. It matches companies on that list against your CRM.

Step three

Every rep gets their own guide

Each person's guide reflects their own deals and their own permissions. Two reps at the same show see two different guides, because they own two different pipelines.

Know where to go, not just who to see

A contact list is only useful if you can find the stand. Scout reads the show's own floorplan data and puts your guide straight onto it, so every stand number is a real position on a real map rather than a line in a list.

It pulls that plan fresh when your guide is built. Stands get cancelled and reassigned right up to the doors opening, so a plan downloaded last week is already wrong.

  • The show's own planNot a redrawing. Scout reads the organiser's floorplan data, so the stand positions are the ones on the official map.
  • Pulled fresh, not cachedThe plan is read when your guide is built, so a stand that moved last week has moved on your map too.
  • Built for walkingIt works on your phone as you move through the hall, not as a PDF you have to pinch and zoom.

Your route

Twelve stands, one sensible order

Knowing who to see is half of it. The other half is not walking Hall 1 to Hall 4 and back three times because your list is in alphabetical order.

Tell Scout which stand you are standing at. It orders everything still on your list into the shortest sensible walk from there, draws the path across the floorplan and gives you the steps with the distance between each one.

  • Start from where you areType the stand number in front of you. No hardware in the venue, nothing to install, and it works the moment you walk in.
  • The route reorders itselfTick a stand off and it drops out. Get pulled into a conversation two halls away, retype where you are, and the rest reorders around you.
  • Priority first, or everythingWalk only the stands that matter before lunch, then switch to the full list when you have time to browse.
  • Honest about distanceThe figures are straight-line between stand centres. Aisles are not straight, so the real walk is longer, and Scout says so rather than pretending to be satnav.

No CRM needed

Start with the spreadsheet you already have

Most people walking a show floor are not walking it out of a CRM. They have a spreadsheet someone built last year, a document of notes, a list of meetings that went round by email, or half a dozen names they have been meaning to catch.

Upload it. Scout reads whatever you give it, pulls out the companies, the people and your notes, and matches those companies against the show's own exhibitor list to find their stands. You get the same guide, built from what you already had.

  • Upload anythingA spreadsheet, a document, a page of notes, or a list pasted straight in. It does not need to be tidy.
  • Scout finds the standsIt matches your companies against the show's exhibitor list, so you never look up a stand number yourself.
  • It shows you the missesNames it cannot confidently match come back to you to confirm, rather than quietly disappearing from your guide.
  • Meetings off the floorA coffee, a hotel bar, a meeting room. Anything without a stand is kept as its own list beside the floor guide.

Connect a CRM later and it fills the same guide in with live deal stages. Nothing you upload today gets thrown away.

The connection

Built on the CRM's own AI connector, not a scrape

Pipedrive ships a native MCP server on every plan, connected by OAuth in minutes. Usage draws on the token allowance already in your subscription, and some admins restrict who can install connectors. Scout uses that connector directly, so it only ever reads and writes what your Pipedrive user is already allowed to.

  • Your data stays yoursScout never sees another customer's CRM. Each connection is scoped to the person who made it.
  • No new login to manageSign in with the Pipedrive account you already use. Nothing to provision, nothing to remember.
  • Works alongside Signals and DiscoveryThe same CRM connection feeds our Signals and Discovery tools, so engagement data and pipeline data sit in one place.
